The new Mitsubishi split duct system they installed two years ago is working beautifully without ANY issues whatsoever. Supervisor/foreman, Robert Pratt, was 'right on the money' in his exhaustive attempt to repair the hopeless previous system and eventually installing a new one. After experiencing years of deceitful contractors with knucklehead workers, I can unequivocally say his workers on site were BY FAR the best contracting crew I ever dealt with here. It required ordering parts from off-island which they sourced, had delivered and installed within 5 working days (excellent for Maui!). Their price was also very fair.
